The examination by a vascular surgeon includes a clinical assessment and color Doppler ultrasound of the blood vessels, in order to obtain a comprehensive insight into the state of circulation.
Foam sclerotherapy

Radiofrequency vein ablation (RFA)
Foam sclerotherapy
Injection of a sclerosing agent mixed with air (to create foam) into the lumen of the capillary with a thin needle. The method is simple and quick and is performed on an outpatient basis, without anesthesia.

Before any of the mentioned procedures, a specialist examination by a vascular surgeon and a color doppler vein (ultrasound) is necessary to determine the exact condition of the veins and arteries of the legs and the degree of damage, and to choose the most suitable method of treatment for each patient.
